I loved the overall vibe of this hotel! it felt so luxurious. our room was quiet and very spacious, which i appreciated. the fitness room was a huge plus and we used it daily (i mean, who wouldn't?). i especially liked that the room had a fridge. It made keeping our drinks cold super easy.
the windows could have been a little cleaner. the view was still nice though!

our bordeaux room king was impressively clean and offered ample space for luggage and relaxation, with comfortable bedding and a large tv.

the hotel's location was central. the convenience store downstairs was useful for forgotten items.
the check-in process took far too long. there were very few staff available at the reception desks. i was charged for receiving a package, a service usually free at other hotels. the hotel seemed to lack interest in.
